    1. Apple Shape

    Apple shape = weight more around midsection. Focus on elongating your torso and drawing attention to legs. V-neck tops, A-line dresses, high-waist pants help. Avoid very tight tops around belly. Layering with jackets can create balance.

    2. Pear Shape

    Pear shape = hips wider than shoulders. Highlight upper body and balance lower body. Bright tops, statement necklaces, puff sleeves, fitted jackets work. Darker pants or skirts slim hips visually. Avoid very tight bottom or big patterns on lower half.

    3. Hourglass Shape

    Hourglass = balanced bust and hips with narrow waist. Lucky! Emphasize waist with belts, fitted dresses, wrap tops. Avoid shapeless clothes that hide curves. Bodycon dresses, pencil skirts are great.

    4. Rectangle Shape

    Rectangle = straight up and down, less defined waist. Create curves visually. Ruffled tops, peplum jackets, layered outfits help. Belts around waist create illusion. Avoid straight boxy clothes without shape.

    Plus size = curves or larger frame. Focus on structure and proportion. Fit and flare dresses, tailored jackets, wrap tops look elegant. Avoid too tight or too loose clothes. Darker colors can slim, bright accents highlight features.
